ANGELES CITY – On February 24, 2025, Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. awarded a certificate of recognition and a ₱5,000 cash incentive to Ira Ocera de Castro, who was recently crowned as Miss Universe Philippines – Pampanga First Runner-up.
