ANGELES CITY – On February 24, 2025, Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. was honored with a plaque of appreciation from St. Raphael Foundation and Medical Center. The plaque was formally presented by Nardo Dela Cruz, the Administration Officer of St. Raphael Foundation and Medical Center, during a brief ceremony.
