Angeles City, Pampanga – The local government of Angeles City, under the leadership of Mayor Jon Lazatin, proudly joins the nation in celebrating the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) this September 2025. With this year’s theme, “Every Employee, Servant Hero: Heart, Honor, and Excellence for the People,” the Angeles City LGU echoes the call for a more empathetic and value-driven public service.
