Angeles City — A remarkable milestone was achieved at this year’s Citywide Kooplympics 2025, as the Angeles City Employees Multipurpose Cooperative (ACEMPC) made history by winning both the Mr. and Ms. Cooperative titles — a first in the history of the competition. This double victory highlights the cooperative’s excellence, unity, and dedication to embodying the true spirit of cooperation and service.
Representing ACEMPC with grace and confidence, Ms. Louise Laine V. Valencia from the Local Civil Registry (LCR) Office was crowned Ms. Cooperative 2025. Her intelligence, poise, and passion for cooperative development captivated both the judges and the audience, earning her the top distinction among a competitive field of candidates.
Joining her in this historic win, Mr. Raymund R. Caadan from the City Agriculture Office claimed the title of Mr. Cooperative 2025. His charisma, leadership, and dedication to promoting cooperative values stood out, reflecting the core ideals that the Kooplympics aims to celebrate.
Both Valencia and Caadan represented not just their respective offices, but also the entire ACEMPC family, showcasing how teamwork, professionalism, and shared goals can translate into extraordinary achievements.
