ANGELES CITY – Rising from the vibrant community of Barangay Sapalibutad, 13-year-old basketball prodigy Hannamitsi C. Lacsina has captured national attention after leading his team to victory in the 13-Under Division of the National Youth Basketball League, where he was also named Finals Most Valuable Player (MVP).
Lacsina’s remarkable journey from local courts to national prominence is a true story of determination and passion. What began as simple neighborhood games has now evolved into a dream come true — a young athlete proving that skill, heart, and discipline can take anyone far beyond their beginnings.
Known for his grit and sportsmanship, Lacsina stood out throughout the tournament, displaying leadership beyond his years.
