The Day Care children of Angeles City, under the guidance of the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), proudly represented the city at the Regional Children’s Month Celebration, showcasing their talents, confidence, and dedication in various competition categories. The event highlighted the children’s enthusiasm and growing abilities as they performed alongside peers from other municipalities.
The young Angeleño delegates excelled in multiple competitions, earning recognition for their efforts. They secured 3rd place in Cheerdance, and also actively participated in Solo Singing, Poem Recitation, and Copy and Color events, demonstrating both individual skill and teamwork fostered within their day care centers.
Organizers and spectators noted the children’s impressive performances, emphasizing that their participation reflects not only talent but also the values of discipline, creativity, and confidence nurtured from a young age. The event served as an important platform for the children to express themselves and gain valuable experience.
Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II extended heartfelt congratulations to the children, their parents, and the child development workers who guided and encouraged them throughout the preparation and competitions. He highlighted that these achievements reflect the city’s commitment to supporting children’s growth and development.
