Balibago, Angeles City — The Angeles City Government, under the leadership of Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II, spearheaded the 12th Local Development Council (LDC) 1st Regular Session for 2025 at Century Hotel, Barangay Balibago. The session marked a significant milestone in the city’s continuous efforts to strengthen unity and promote inclusive development.
Organized by the City Planning and Development Office (CPDO), the gathering served as a platform for aligning the city’s goals and reviewing priority projects. Stakeholders from various sectors—government, private organizations, and civil society—were brought together to ensure a participatory and collaborative approach to development planning.
Mayor Lazatin, in his opening address, emphasized the importance of unity in governance.
