Renowned human rights lawyer and advocate Atty. Jose Manuel “Chel” Diokno visited Angeles City Hall on May 6, 2025, where he was warmly received by Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. The courtesy visit highlighted Diokno’s continuous efforts to promote justice and human rights in various parts of the country.
