ANGELES CITY, Pampanga — In a heartfelt gesture that highlights the importance of civic responsibility and cultural preservation, Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. awarded a Certificate of Commendation to Art Frago of Barangay Agapito Del Rosario on June 2, 2025. Frago was honored for his commendable act of recovering and returning an important cultural property marker to the Museo Ning Angeles.
