Angeles City further enhanced its commitment to academic advancement as the City College of Angeles (CCA) formally entered into a strengthened partnership with the Central Luzon Industry, Energy and Emerging Technology Research and Development Consortium (CLIEERDEC). This renewed alliance involves close collaboration with various national government agencies, state universities and colleges, as well as private higher educational institutions across the region.
Representing the City Government of Angeles, Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin Jr., who also serves as Chairman of the CCA Board of Trustees, reiterated the city’s dedication to offering accessible, high-quality education that remains responsive to industry demands. He highlighted how research-focused partnerships are essential to shaping students who are skilled, knowledgeable, and ready for future challenges.
Mayor Lazatin emphasized that Angeles City continues to prioritize educational programs designed to equip young Angeleños with the competencies needed in a rapidly evolving professional landscape. Dr. Jenneth E.
