On November 6, 2024, officials from the Department of Transportation (DOTr) Region 3 presented a proposal regarding the Balibago Bridge to Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. This proposal specifically outlined the bridge’s potential effects on the ongoing North Cluver Road (NCSR) Clark Extension Project.
